Why are women scared of lifting weights? 11/3/2013
As a personal trainer I have noticed that women are scared
of using weights because of the belief that they will turn
manly if they do. The true story is that all women who look
manly is due to the fact that they take testosterone boosters
or steroids, not because of lifting weights. So don't
be scared to pick that iron up and get your lift on! lmao

Swimming 7/21/2013
I started swimming for a workout when I lived in Texas just
because of the heat, haha. But an unexpected bonus is that
I found it helped my shoulders (tendinitis, two partially
separated joints), both strength wise, but also just made
them feel better.
So just a tip, to anyone who may have the same symptoms as
me.

Staying in Shape 4/21/2013
The hard part is to develop those " good " habits
like eating your vegtables and working out at the gym each
day. I've found that I schedule the gym, like any other
meeting on my calendar. That way it is just normal course
of the day to make time for it. It is just a suggestion. Whatever
